Signature Sorrento Cocotte Baking dish, in chocolate brown. This stoneware dish has brushed brown sponge work to make it appear much older than it is. It has a three leaf raised pattern with a raised bead edge. The pattern was designed by Debby Segura in 2001. The dish measures approx. 4 inches across x 2 inches tall not including Handles. Microwave and dishwasher safe. This is perfect for baking a rich dessert or a creme soup. Will make a good size for serving dips or as a salt dish. It holds aprox 3/4 cup, is just a little bit smaller than a ramekin and will fit in the ramekin rack. This makes a wonderful addition to the covered casserole as bowls for toppings such as raisens, nuts ect. Dishwasher, Microwave, freezer safe, oven to 500 degrees. This one is Chocolate brown.
